Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policies

Your session is important to me. Your appointment time is held just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you provide me with the following lead times, so that I may be able to schedule another client.

FOR LOCAL (Longmont, Colorado in my Temple) IN PERSON SESSIONS: Refunds are only given for cancellations made 72 business hours or more prior to your appointment time for in person sessions.

FOR ONLINE SESSIONS: Refunds are only given for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment time.

FOR OUT OF STATE (outside of Colorado) SESSIONS: Refunds are only given for cancellations made 7 days or more prior to your appointment time. Deposits for out of state and on location appointments are non refundable.

Payment in full is required for less than the above amounts of notice. If you need to reschedule your appointment, priority will be given to clients who have previously scheduled appointments, and I will do my best to get you rescheduled in a timely manner.

COVID 19 Addendum - during this unique time of COVID, I will waive this policy if you discover you have COVID 19. I ask all of my clients, for the 5 days prior to our session, to be aware of your exposure and to mask in public and when in groups indoors, regardless of vaccination status. If you have to cancel or reschedule a session because you forget to mask or choose to be in a situation that exposes you, there will be a $300 fee for any cancellations less than 3 business days prior to your appointment. My highest priority is the safety of you, all of my clients, myself, and our loved ones, and, due to frequent cancellations, it is necessary for me to implement this policy in order to maintain my business.

I understand that emergencies and traffic delays are part of life. If you know you will be late or an emergency arises, please email me right away at lotuslovetantra@gmail.com. I will wait until 15 minutes after the start time of your appointment for you to join me for your session. If you do not make your appointment or contact me within that time period, I will consider it a missed appointment subject to the above terms.

I occasionally travel and may need to reschedule the time and date of your session if it is booked far in advance. If I need to reschedule your appointment (other than for illness or emergency) I will give you plenty of advance notice and will do my best to find an appointment time for you within a week to ten days of your original appointment date.

Getting the Most out of Your Session

• Please come to your session nourished and hydrated, but without a very full feeling stomach.

• Come to your session showered or bathed.

• I highly recommend you give yourself a private and quiet space to be in after your session and give yourself a bit of time before and after your appointment for integration - perhaps with time to take a gentle walk or bath. It is normal to feel both a lot of energy after a session, and also to have the desire to rest deeply, so give yourself room for that in your schedule.

• Please hydrate and drink more water than you normally would after your session.

• Your intake paperwork, any and all communications between us, both written and verbal, and what happens in your session are held in confidence. The only exception to this is for supervisory purposes with my teachers, mentors, and colleagues, in which case your name and any other identifying markers will be changed or omitted to protect your privacy.
