Training and Education
Ann is an Advanced Certified Tantric Educator™ through Source School of Tantra Yoga®.
She is a facilitator of Tantra Speed Date™: More Than Dating, and Tantra Date Night™, as well as Desire™, all offered through the Tantra Institute of New York.
Trained at the Alexandria School Scientific Therapeutics, she has practiced body work and hands on healing since 1994. Ann is also certified in Reiki Level II.
She is a student of shamanic sexuality and has completed all four levels of Quodoushka. She is dearmored, having participated in the two week Recapitulated Shamanic Dearmoring™ healing ceremony.
Ann has studied with Lynda Caesara, learning and practicing the Fundamentals of Energetic Mastery in several workshops and is currently in the Two Year Energy Class program.
Ann trained as a naturopathic apprentice and has worked with patients as a clinician since 1997.
She earned her BS in General Studies in 1993 from Indiana University and is a summa cum laude graduate of Regis University’s RN BSN program.
Certified as an Understanding Yourself and Others® Instructor in 1997, she studied under Bill Reidler, the third generation protégé of master psychologist Alfred Adler.
Ann spent 13 years on a serious spiritual path, living a deeply devoted life of service, focused on inner work, prayer and spiritual practices.
A certified Soul Level Astrologer™, she studies and practices the Western tradition of plant alchemy. She enjoys growing medicinal herbs, and making plant and flower essences.
Ann lives in Longmont, Colorado with two cats, and works with clients and students in her home temple.
